will there be information on herds soon? i.e. names and the herds quality's and type of horses they allow? and how its runs? also, will there be chances for members to create there own herds? or to apply for a position like lead mare?

We're still in the process of figuring that out, But most likely. The horses can be based on pretty much any breed.
Of course it'd be preferred if the breed that you are making for the herd is informed to one of the admins or me.
